“Nominees – are your ears burning?”

The first two weeks of January have been spent collating, formatting, cross referencing and notifying nominees for the 2023 Inspiring Women Awards. (If you are a nominee and not received an email – please check your spam box).
Now its the turn of the judges to burn the midnight oil and read through the nominations before meeting to discuss.
This process is by far the hardest part of organising the awards and yet somehow we always manage to finally agree on the Finalists and Winners.
Judges always try to find Finalists who represent different aspects of each category and that takes time, consideration and debate.
Thanks to Heather Crosby at Deloitte, for use of your offices, sustenance and zoom facilities to enable judging to take place.
So in early February, its over to the Judges. Finalists will be published in our newsletter and on our website shortly after.
Profiles of the Finalists will be shared on the website ahead of the awards Lunch on 19/5/2023 where they will be telling their own stories in their own words.
So if you have been nominated, congratulations and if your ears are burning – well it means you are being talked about in a good way!
