At 27, Roya Rasouli is the visionary founder of FemWear, a fashion brand dedicated to women with chronic health conditions like endometriosis.

After a decade-long struggle for a diagnosis, Roya channelled her experience into creating stylish, adaptive clothing that prioritises comfort without sacrificing confidence.
