2026 Third Quarter Women Award – Lisa Harper

Lisa Harper is the founder of FindYourTribe.Club, a growing community helping people rediscover purpose, connection and confidence in life’s third chapter. By the age of 54 she had experienced breast cancer, redundancy, the loss of both parents and the devastating suicide of her husband.

Rather than allowing these experiences to define her, Lisa chose reinvention. She stepped away from her corporate career and created a movement that challenges outdated narratives around ageing. Through her programmes, speaking and community spaces, Lisa supports others navigating major life transitions to reconnect with themselves and their purpose. Now in her seventies, she is living proof that life after 50 can be a powerful time of growth, and meaningful new beginnings.
