 Lucy is the founder of The Daughters of Mars, a pioneering FemTech company developing the world’s first patented bioactive tampon designed to protect the vaginal microbiome and help prevent bacterial vaginosis, a condition affecting one in three women globally. A passionate advocate for closing the women’s health gap, Lucy has secured over £1 million in health tech funding and received the Innovate UK Women in Innovation Award 2025.

Named in North West Business Insider’s 42 Under 42, she is part of a new generation of founders transforming female healthcare through science-led innovation.
